This discretion is particularly appreciated by sellers or buyers who want to ensure the perfect confidentiality of the sale of their property or their acquisition project.

    The advantage of the off-market process for the seller is the guarantee of complete discretion regarding the general public as for the mass media use. The sale price of the property as well as access to all the information relating to the property concerned are only open to a panel of qualified buyers whose financing capacity is proportional to the value of the property preselected by us and for which the investment criteria fit perfectly well. The selection of potential buyers is strictly done as soon as the property is added to the portfolio in order to generate only targeted and timely visits.
